Activity Volunteer Award session at Folkestone Academy, a leadership development programme for young people (age 13+) who want to volunteer in the community. Delivered through a partnership between Folkestone & Hythe District Council, The Sports Trust and Kent County Council, with the award issued by the Leadership Skills Foundation. Participants develop core transferable skills including problem-solving, self-belief, communication, teamwork and self-management.
