Hands-on cocktail masterclass at The Lakshmi Store led by alcohol-free drinks specialist and World Alcohol-Free Awards judge Maria Easley. Participants will make and drink three summer-inspired alcohol-free cocktails while learning flavour balance, structure, shaking, muddling and drink-building techniques. Ingredients, tuition and take-home recipe menus are included. Suitable for beginners and more experienced cocktail makers. Over 18s only, and attendees should notify the organiser of any allergies in advance.
