Free summer holiday craft sessions for children and young people under 13 at Folkestone Museum, linked to the exhibition 'Raising the Dead; Life and Loss in the Kingdom of Kent'. Make an Anglo-Saxon brooch on 2026-07-22, then make a sword and shield on 2026-07-23 and 2026-07-24. Four timed sessions run each day. Pick up a free timed ticket from the main reception on arrival; tickets are first come, first served. Workshop capacity is 15 participants plus their adults. Donations towards materials are welcome.
