Folkestone Illustration Festival runs from Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026 at kollectiv, 69 The Old High Street, Folkestone. Run by local illustrators Jen the Illustrator and Scribyaktom, the second-year grassroots festival aims to be accessible to all and features 21 industry professionals alongside events by local creatives. The programme includes talks, workshops, live panels, advice sessions, networking, portfolio-building and signpainting workshops, draw-alongs, a draw-off competition, DIY merchandise and face painting, covering publishing, animation, commercial illustration, creative business and signpainting. Children’s events take place each day. Individual event tickets and festival passes are available, with tickets starting at £1.
