An hour-long group sound bath led by Giles Mountain, followed by light snacks and time to ground, integrate and connect with others. The session uses voice, healing tones and instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, rattles, rain pillar and shamanic drums, and ends with a period of silence and stillness. Tickets are £20, or £15 concession.
