An hour-long group sound bath led by Giles Mountain in Folkestone, followed by light snacks and time to ground and connect. The session uses voice, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, rattles, rain pillar and shamanic drums, and ends with at least five minutes of silence and stillness. Tickets are £20, or £15 concession.
