A Saturday programme of breakin' and handbalancing sessions at Folkestone BJJ Academy. Sessions run 10:00-11:30 for ages 5-7, 11:30-12:30 for ages 8-11, 12:30-13:30 for ages 12-16, 14:30-15:30 for ages 16+ and adults, 15:30-16:30 for Handstand Club, and 16:30-19:00 for 1-to-1 and open practice. Young people's taster sessions are £5.
