A free 75-minute guided walk exploring Folkestone’s coastal heritage, starting at the bottom of the historic Leas Lift. The route passes Lower Leas Coastal Park and local landmarks including the Zig Zag Path, Leas Cliff Hall, Toll Cottage, Cow Path, Metropole Lift, Switchback and the old pier. The walk includes gentle inclines and varied terrain, is suitable for most abilities, and is family- and dog-friendly. Please arrive five minutes early. This is not a hard hat tour and does not enter the Leas Lift site.
