A two-day Tamalpa UK retreat in Sandgate led by Lian Wilson (MSMT/MSME). Participants will explore the Halprin Life Art Process through guided somatic movement, dance, visual art, writing and group exercises. It is open to beginners and experienced practitioners; no art or dance experience is needed. Sessions run Saturday 23 January, 10:00–17:00, and Sunday 24 January, 10:00–16:30. Bring a notebook and pen, warm layers, a water bottle and a travel mug. Tickets cost £210, or £170 concession, plus Eventbrite fees. The £140 early-bird rate ended on 8 November 2026. The retreat is also a prerequisite for those considering Tamalpa UK’s Level 1 Personal Embodiment training.
