Rise sober dance returns after the summer break on 6 September at 10:30, held downstairs in the Neptune Suite at The Grand Burstin Hotel, Folkestone. The session includes a warm-up, music-led free dancing and a guided relaxation to close. Attendees are asked not to use phones while dancing and to keep conversation out of the dance space for a more immersive experience. The session is open to regulars and newcomers, with tickets available online.
