A community sauna and sea session combining one-hour sauna bookings with the option of a sea dip or paddle alongside experienced WMDC dippers. Attendees can choose the full hot-and-cold experience or simply relax in the sauna. Sessions are limited to 5 people, and the group notes that participants are responsible for their own safety in the water.
