A guided outdoor workshop with Elly Rutherford combining playful movement, sensory materials and meditation while exploring East Cliff Park, Sunny Sands and nearby Triennial artworks. The group meets at Mugs Café before walking together to Martello Tower 1 and down to the beach. Open to all ages and abilities, with no dance experience needed. Tickets are £10 plus booking fee, with a pay-what-you-can option.
