Sunday Assembly Folkestone community gathering featuring special guest Georgina Baker (“The Folkestone Mermaid”), the model for the Sunny Sands sculpture, sharing how she met artist Cornelia Parker and became a local icon. Includes live band singalongs, poems from Elle Russell, local updates, and tea/coffee, biscuits and chat. Free entry (donations welcome); no booking needed—just turn up. Doors open 10:45am.
