Vocal Toning Circle and Sound Bath with Giles Mountain Sound Art Somatics. Gather in community for gentle breathing, a short guided meditation, and a turn-taking vocal toning circle where participants lie in the centre and are bathed in healing sounds (with an invitation to sing your name/words). Followed by a gentle sound bath using voice and instruments (Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks, shamanic drums) and closing with at least 5 minutes of silence. No singing experience needed; mats/blankets/pillows/eye masks are provided. Arrive early to get comfortable. Option to stay afterwards for tea and light snacks. Cost £27.
