A community fundraising firewalk for South Kent Mind on World Mental Health Day 2026 at Sea Scrub Sauna in Folkestone, held in partnership with Sea Scrub Sauna. Registration opens at 18:00, followed by a briefing and an hour of training before participants walk barefoot across the embers after dark. People can take part solo, with family, friends or as a team, with sign-up and fundraising via the South Kent Mind website. Entry is £20 for individuals or £80 for a team of five. Sponsored by Saga.
