A 6-week meditation series led by Kelsang Oden exploring love, relationships, self-love, resilience, anger, isolation and everyday challenges through the Kadampa Buddhist tradition. Each one-hour class can be attended on its own or as a full series. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Light refreshments are provided. Prices: £50 for the full series, free for pre-paid monthly members and full-time students, or £10 per class (£7 low income). Online booking is essential.
