An over-18s evening at Folkestone Museum exploring Victorian-era Folkestone. Visitors can explore the galleries, try Victorian-themed crafts and dressing up, play period toys and games, take part in the Curator’s quiz, and enjoy object handling. Local historian Vince Williams will give a 19:30 talk on Folkestone’s Pleasure Gardens, with his new book available to buy, and he will be on hand during the evening for questions. General admission is £5, or £8 including the talk. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
