A guided shamanic drum journey and sound bath led by Giles Mountain with Katrin, an artist and shamanic practitioner. The session includes drumming, voice, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles and rain sticks, followed by light snacks and tea to help attendees ground afterwards.
