Free drop-in summer skateboarding workshops for children aged 5 to 16 at Platform 3 on Folkestone Harbour Arm. Qualified F51 coaches help beginners and young skaters build confidence in a relaxed, pressure-free setting, with mini ramps available. Pads are provided, each participant receives a skills book to track progress, and no booking is needed. A waiver must be signed on arrival before taking part.

Free drop-in summer breakdance sessions for children at Platform 3 on Folkestone Harbour Arm, at the end of the old harbour station. Led by B Style Breakdance Academy, the workshops cover breaking basics, skills and tricks, strength and conditioning, and may include a cypher. Three sessions run each Thursday in August.

A day-long summer event at Folkestone Harbour Arm with three classic open-air films on the Harbour Screen from 12:00, live music across the site during the day, and a large fireworks display at about 20:30. The programme continues after the fireworks with another film and more live music.
