Meditations for a Kind Heart: a nurturing half-day course on cultivating loving-kindness with Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden. Includes guided meditations and teachings from Kadampa Buddhism on calming the mind, understanding attachment vs genuine love, and extending loving-kindness to others. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Refreshments provided. Cost: £20 general admission; £25 low income (unemployed/on benefits); monthly members and full-time students free.
